Tim began his professional career at an early age, working for a 4 billion dollar insurance company, where he first cut his teeth in sales. As he became more proficient, he was quickly promoted to a management capacity and progressed into the financial end of things, working on estate, financial and final expense planning. At his peak, he was in charge of managing and training over 100 agents.
After ten years in the insurance line, Tim tied up with an off-shore insurance company, where he was in charge of developing and creating structured investment products for his clients. As online trading accounts became more prevalent, he became a trader, dabbling in stocks, mutual funds, hedge funds, etc.
Moving on to the real estate arena, Tim then started a home package company, where he designed an contracted new home construction. In the early 2000’s, he started to structure residential real estate investment products instead, which also proved to be a success.
As the housing bubble became more and more obvious, Tim shifted back into the financial industry, specializing in the now booming fintech industry where his experience in trading and money management has been invaluable. While developing financial products for the Forex industry, he also setup a VPS (Virtual Private Server) provider, with the aim to improve trading conditions across the industry.
Tim has been involved with the strategic planning and development of Mogu routers for over a year now, initially brought in as an external consultant, but now fully onboard with the team as our Chief Solutions Engineer.
